Every day we wake up it’s the oldest we’ve ever been and the youngest we’ll ever be.

Simply put you have to take the good with the bad and enjoy the moment.

We can’t control everything that happens; instead, we must react in a positive, constructive manner.

Stop dwelling on the past and start looking towards the future.

Stay strong, fight, and do what you must today, for a better tomorrow.
