Books have single-handedly changed my life. Before reading, I was unhappy and always broke. With empty pockets and an empty mind, I went to the library and checked out Stephen Covey’s, “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.
Figuring I had nothing to lose, I read through the pages and consumed all the wisdom it had to teach me. After finishing the book, things started to change. I thought differently, talked differently, and was more hopeful about the future.
I started seeing potential when most saw problems and adopted a visionary mentality. I began focusing on long-term goals like investing in myself, assets, and starting a business. Excited by this new found mindset, I started reading all the self-help books I could get.
Two years removed from reading that book, I now have an online business making me money while I sleep, and couldn’t be happier.
